We are a family of four slow travelling around Australia. We spend six months in a fully furnished place and go on adventures exploring the area. We are health conscious and live a holistic, toxin free life style. Peter, Australian, works online, he is accountant. I, Ophelie,French, look after our lovely daughters. Alysia, three years old and Ella, eight months. We need your help with the kids and small house work as we both want to work and have some personal time.
We would like someone with a relatively good level of english to encourage the speech development of the kids. Alysia who is almost three years old still needs a lot of encouragement to talk. So dont be shy. Your main mission is to have lots of fun with the kids. Bring them to activites, play, assist them along with the standard task of nappy change, meal etc You will be our first Au pair so we don't have a specific schedule we would rather have you as a part of the family and work together to build a good routine where you get to discover Australia and have your own time and look after the kids while we work and have some personal time too. We want everyone to be happy and communicate with honesty. We are open to discuss and experience around finding a balance living together. We are looking for someone that has some experience looking after young kids and is not afraid to multi tasks as Alysia is always looking for someone to play while Ella who is younger likes to be held and cuddled a lot and also needs supervision crawling. You will have your own private room, access to WIFI and potentially be able to use our car if you have an international driver license and take responsability for it. We want someone that is ok not cooking or eating any animal product in our house. We are a plant based vegan family which means that we do not consume any animal product. We like to eat a lot of organic fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid processed and junk food as much as possible. I promise we eat delicious food and it is a good opportunity for you to learn about nutrition, health and nourrish your body. In Australia we are spoiled with delicious tropical fruits. We also love to explore and go in nature so you will get to see attractive places with us if you want to. We would like you to be a part of our family for six months with a three months trial period to make sure everyone is happy. If things go well we could potentially extend it to an other six months, we will probably be going to Bali for a while and find an other home somewhere down the coast of Australia after that. So with us you will explore, eat some delicious food and have lots of fun looking after our girls
