We are an international couple, lithuanian mama and italian daddy with a baby boy. Daddy works full time, mama - part time. During the weekends we like to go to the places around Bergamo so weekends usually are a bit more interesting. Both of us speak english/italian/lithuanian, a bit russian, we both had international experiences which tought us a lot about accepting different people. We are looking for a motivated person for 1 summer month, mainly for the first half of a day, possibly having weekends off. in case we travel somehwere, it would be up the person to decide to go with us or not. Practically, id like to provide to au-pair an experience and to remind that we are looking for a help, not a person who substitutes parents. so feel free to contact us.
The main goal of having an au pair would be the fact of having someone else apart mama who could speak to a baby in lithuanian, play with him mainly during the last summer month, for a half a day (mama works part time). I have done this experience myself twice and certain things i would like not to repeat, in my family you will always have enough freetime, your wishes are important, we would always eat together all of us, not to make anyone feel excluded. In exchange i ask a little help with a toddler while im at work in the morning, mostly would be games, reading books, going to the park, giving lunch, react quickly in case of emergency. Not required: to know to cook, to put baby to a bed, to drive, to speak italian. Anyway, we are totally open-minded to various options and various people, i just really would like someone who speaks lithuanian. p.s. it's possible to have a trial period for one week during Easter holidays.
