We're a young family with 2 small girls who love to play. For the majority of the year (spring/summer) we live in Lithuania where we employ my wife's mother as our full time au pair. However, the Lithuanian winters are not much fun for the girls as the temperature can reach -28c, which means going outside is completely off the agenda. So this year we'll be living in our 5-bed Portuguese villa near Lagos. We're looking for a trustworthy au pair who's especially great with young girls, and would enjoy living in our spacious villa not too far from the city of Lagos.
My wife and I both work from home and would need someone to take care of the kids from the morning. Playing with the girls, keeping them entertained and making sure they're always looked after is our main priority. The eldest (3) is already quite independent and can do most things herself. However, the youngest has only just turned 1. She's super cute, but still needs nappies changed, feeding, and putting to sleep twice a day. We have a live-in chef, so meals are typically taken care of.
