We are a close family of 4 and our family life is very important. We would need an au pair to help while we are both working.
I work 2-3 days a week and would need an au pair to take the children to and from school and make dinner for them on these days. There would also be the odd occasion that I would be on call for work and would need an au pair to be at home in case I had to go to work.
