We’re a fun out going but relaxed family who live in a buzzing town on the outskirts of London. We welcome and au pair warmly to our family but at the same time encourage independence especially as central London is only 35mins by train.
The key time is mon-fri school drop off 08:30 and pick up 15:15 (which we share with our neighbours whose daughter is at school with Katie.) assist with breakfast, tidy kitchen after breakfast and keep own room tidy. Weekends free except the very occasional sat night if we go out. Our current au pair did language school 2 mornings pervweek first 3 months then she took a job in Pret A Manger 10-2.
