We are a polish family, but we have been living in Brazil for 17 years. We are looking for a french speaking au-pair for a few months. We want our kids to experience a different culture, learn french with a correct pronounciation while they are still able to do it and to discover that cultural diversity is something that can make their life more interesting. You will have the opportunity to spend some time in a wonderful, happy country, where temperature never gets lower than 70ºF (21ºC). You will live very close to the ocean and to the best surfing and kitesurfing spots in South America. You will hear polish, portuguese, english and some spanish, you will eat polish food, brazilian food and I guess we will have 98% of sunny days during your stay.
Our au-pair will make part of our family. You will spend most of your time with the boys - playing and helping them with their daily tasks: check if they completed their homework, prepare them to go to school, prepare their school snack, walk them to their sports classes. You will be responsible to keep their room organized (although we want the boys to do the job). We hope to speak with you a lot - we are looking forward to learning about your daily life, family, hobbies, interesting things about your country. We also hope you will speak as much as possible chinese with the boys as our goal is to familiarize them with this language. Occasionally we will expect light housework from you - principally tasks that are related to the boys (prepare breakfast with them, have lunch and clean the table after lunch etc. ) although we have a full time cleaning lady. We also hope you like to swim as we spend all weekends on the beach (good opportunity to learn how to surf!).
