Our house is centrally located in Shanghai, China. 180sqm2 occupied 2 floors with fully equipment including heated floor, central air-con, dishwasher, oven..etc. You will have your private room. Our house is surround by supermarket(sam club), library, shopping mall by working distance. Subway is just outside my residence. There a Century Park nearby which is 1400000sqm2 huge. we love cooking and travel, you are more than welcome to use the kitchen to cook your own food and join us when we travel around to experience the local culture. We have 5 person in the family, my parents, my husband and my 3 years-old daughter. My husband and I are above 30+. We both need to work during weekdays. We have an part time house keeper who come every day for cooking the dinner and doing all the house work. But in order to contribute your responsibility into the family, you will also need to do limited light work. My children is going to the school during weekdays. You need to accompany the children after school around 3 hours per day and more time during weekend. total will be no more than 35 hours per week.
