We are an Italian family living in Turkey. We speak English at home ( as my husband is Turkish) and speak English and Italian with the kids. We ardua trying to raise them speaking 3 languages fluently and we had 10 workawayers /aupairs so far. My husband works and I am mostly home with the kids as I really want them to be fluent in English and Italian. My husband and I lived in different countries like itAly, Switzerland and the USA. We cook a lot of Italian food and really like to share our house with new and interesting people. Our kids are our priority so we always need a native Englishspeaker at home so that they can pick up the best accent and as much vocabulary as possible
The main job is to talk a lot to the kids so they can learn as much English as possible. Sing, play, draw, read books, write, spend time with the kids doing different activities and just interact as much as possible with them. Be fun and have fun!
