We are black british family of 4. Dad works away from home and mum work a mixture of long days and night shifts. Sister works long day shifts. Chlid is at reception; started in September 2017.
Help with the school run on days when mum and sister can not do it. On one or two days the au pair may be required to prepair the child for school in the morning, or stay with him untill 8pm after school, in addition to the normal school run duties. This will be quite rare.
