We need an au pair (German or Chinese) able to speak English (cambridge advanced) and willing to work for 6 months to 8 months.
Teach and speak kids her native language, help with homework and activities. Not necessary but. If she speaks Spanish it is even better as I do translations (eng -spa) and can get additional work. If she is fluent in English proofreading will be an additional work.
