We are looking for someone to be a part of our family, love our daughters, and help around the house a bit. We are a fairly busy family of 5 and want to ease a bit of the stress, learn new culture and language and do the same for our au pair. Kara is a school administrator and Dustin is in sales and consulting. We love to travel, Ava plays and Kara coaches soccer, and the other two girls keep us all on our toes.
We will need childcare during work hours, 7:45-4:45 (with some flexibility, and some days where grandma wants to see the girls!) and at least one date night a month. We limit electronics, so we love to play outside, swim, go to the park, arts and crafts, dancing and singing.
