Au pair will take my 2 year old to nursery and pick her up daily. Prepare her meals, wash her and care for until I am home from work. I expect my au pair to do light house duties. Main task is to care for my 2 year old Madison. My 10 year old son is capable caring for himself, just ensure that he gets the bus to school on time and be home to let him in the house. Au pair will be entitled to weekends off.
