I work in the oil & gas field, I am also a professional golfer which doesn't gimme enough time to take care of my children, I am a very nice person and I will treat an Au pair with love and respect.
All what an Au pairs need to do is watch over the kids while I am away, get them ready for school and cook for them at the appropriate time, I will personally pay for a language school if English is not sufficient or fluent.
