Hi, this is Heath, Tom & Alexander. We are same sex parents and our son is 2 years and 9 months old. We recently moved, about 8 months ago, from a little apartment on the beach in Port Melbourne to a 15-acre property in Eltham, just 27ks (45min) our of Melbourne near Doncaster. We think out little farm is stunning, lots of trees, birds, flowers, ponds, fruit trees. We also have a lot of animals; 2 dogs, 15 chickens, 4 sheep, 2 alpacas, 1 pony, 1 peacock, lots of fish and native animals like kangaroos. So you need to love animals. We are ONLY seeking a couple for at least 6 months, hopefully longer.
We are seeking a couple with childcare experience and at least one aged above 25 years old. Our number once priority is our Son, so you must be affectionate, love playing and being creative; communicating a lot is a must. Our second priority is food, lol. We love food. Our 5-bedroom house is divided into two wings, adults retreat and kid retreat with meals, kitchen and lounge in the middle. So we wont be living on top of each other. You will have your own bedroom with wardrobe, your own TV and Lounge with Netflix and shared bathroom at that end of the house. Because we live 10min from the shops, train station etc we are also offering a BMW Z3 Convertible, all your food, 1 mobile phone plan with 5gb of data and unlimited calls and of course pocket money (to be discussed). You will be expected to contribute a lot to our very busy family. You must be willing help us with cooking, cleaning of house and looking after our son when required. But he also goes to childcare 2 days if everything is done there will be plenty of time to relax. Work inside the house: I think there is 4 hours of housework a day and if our son is not at Childcare about 4 hours of helping with him a day. My son sleeps from 7.30pm-7am and does not wake through the night. Work outside the house: work includes gardening, odd jobs around the house, looking after all our animals, feeding them, cleaning their housing etc. Our current Au-pairs are a couple from Singapore & Spain and will have been with us for 3 months when they leave in August, they are leaving because their Visa runs out. They have been amazing and we will be very sad when they leave. We also have a Belgium couple for 8 months before them. Please message me if you are interested. Heath
