We are a multicultural family - Arthur is French and I'm American. We like to think we are a fun family. Things can get crazy with three kids, but we are hoping to find someone who is excited to jump into the craziness with us! Amaya (1 year old) is an incredibly sweet smiley baby. She has just started moving around a lot, discovering the world, one "step" at a time. She loves music, books and of course her big sisters. Seraphine (6 years old) is incredibly loving and sensitive. A fantastic "big helper" and sister. She enjoys being a leader. She has a ton of energy and a wonderful sense of imagination. She loves creative play, music and art. She also loves fashion, dressing up, doing her nails, etc.! Maelys (4 years old) is very calm and collected. Has a great sense of humor. She is more reserved when trying new things but loves new activities once she get comfortable with change. She adores singing and dancing. We'd like to have someone independent, but also someone who gets along well with our family and that we enjoy having in our home and introducing to the NYC life. We've hosted au pairs in the past and love it. I was actually an au pair in France when I was 21 which I think helps the transition into our family. I'm hoping to find someone who will love my girls, gain their respect, maintain order, implement the rules and always look out for their safety and well-being. French speaker only. This year, the girls will wake up, get dressed and we try to have breakfast all together. We are then out the door for school around 8. Arthur and I drop them at school as much as possible. Amaya is home during the day. Mornings with her include breakfast, an outing to music class, the library or play time and then a nap before picking her sisters up from school at 2:30. The afternoons are full of play, parks, playdates with friends, art projects, pretend and imagination. Snack time at 4 which we like to keep healthy (fruits, yogurt, etc). and then homework and dinner. Arthur and I are normally home around 6.
