We are a family of four people: two kids, my husband and me. Our two children, girl and boy, are aged 10 and 9. They are lovely and very sweet. They behave very well and they love to play together. They play sports and they attend to music lessons. We live in Santander, which is a very nice town on the northern coast of Spain, with beautifull beaches and green surroundings. It´s a very safe city, with a good cultural, academic and leisure offer, and great university environment. There is also a well known intrenational university in town, UIMP, with courses of spanish for foreigners. On weekends we love to go hiking, biking, or spending the day at the beach. We are delighted to have you join our family, and you are welcome to share our activities as desired.
We expect you to be a cheerful and responsible, adaptable person. During your stay with us we want english to be the main language of the children. We expect you to help us in the education of our children, and to motivate them to speak in english! Our Au pair would prepare and take the children to school or sports club, and collect them later. She will have free time while they are at school. In the afternoon she will take them their after-shool activities, but she will also have a lot os spare time. She is also expected to do babysitting twice a week. We have a cleaning lady, but everyone in the family is expected to help with small tasks. Our Au pair would have her own bedroom and would share a bathroom with the girl. Wifi is available in the house.
