Have 2 kids at home and work full time .. kids are challenging and need a strict disciplinarian as they walk all over me. I have a lot of my plate and need to out in extra hours at the office and am just spread too thin. I need a very responsible person who can basically run the house when I'm away. Someone who is mature and very stable. They must be able to drive.
Everything and anything with regard to the kids and running the house - we do have a housekeeper so it is not too crazy from a cooking / cleaning perspective
