Personal introduction

I want to become an au pair because I genuinely love children and enjoy being part of their growth, learning, and everyday adventures. Having helped care for my younger siblings since they were babies, I have learned to be patient, responsible, and caring. From preparing meals and helping with schoolwork to playing games, telling bedtime stories, and making pancakes with flour on our noses, I enjoy creating happy memories with children. I also see being an au pair as an opportunity to experience a new culture, improve my German, become more independent, and share my own culture with a host family. I would love to feel at home away from home, build a trusting relationship with my host parents, and become someone the children feel safe, comfortable, and happy around. For me, being an au pair is not just about travelling; it is about cultural exchange, personal growth, and making a positive difference in a family's everyday life.
