Personal introduction

Dear future host family, My name is Zahra. I’m 20 years old, from Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. I’m in my seventh semester of English Education and will graduate in 2027. I’m creative, responsible, and I like trying new things. I want to become an au pair because it’s a chance to learn a new culture and grow independently in another country. My parents trust and support my decision, and I want to show that their trust is well placed. I hope you’ll consider me because I’m patient and caring with children. I help care for my 8-year-old sister every day: I wake her up, help her get ready for school, and take her there. I also pick her up from school when my parents are not available. I qualify for this position because of my experience with children and my studies. I’ve taught kindergarten children through a volunteer activity using creative, hands-on activities, and I learned that kids understand things best when they can see and try them for themselves.
