One of my biggest motivations for becoming an au pair is to build a meaningful relationship with my host family while growing as a person. I want to become more independent, responsible, and confident while experiencing life in a new environment. I would take caring for the children and supporting my host family seriously. I believe even the little things can make a big difference.
