Over the past five months, I have realized how much I genuinely enjoy working with children. During my time as a children’s activity leader in a family hotel club, I have worked with children of different age groups, from toddlers to pre-teens. Every day, I planned age-appropriate activities, looked after several children at once, and made sure they felt safe, happy, and included. This experience has shown me that working with children is something that comes naturally to me and brings me a lot of joy. Becoming an au pair feels like the perfect next step. I would love to experience everyday family life in another country, not just as a visitor but as a trusted member of a family. I am excited to support parents, care for their children, and build a genuine connection with them while learning about a new culture and way of life. For me, being an au pair is much more than travelling abroad. It is an opportunity to grow as a person, become more independent, and create meaningful memories with a family that I hope will feel like a second home.
