Personal introduction

Hello dear host family, My name is Estel, I'm 18 years old and from Catalonia, Spain. I would be thrilled to spend the summer with your family, caring for your children, helping with daily household tasks, and sharing wonderful moments together. I have experience with young children, and for the past two years I’ve been supporting a 12-year-old boy with his homework and exam preparation. This has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to guide kids in a calm, positive way. I would describe myself as extroverted, fun, and energetic. I'm a quick learner, and I always try to see the positive side of every situation. I'm currently studying biomedicine at university in Barcelona. I have a C1 level of English, and I studied French for six years. I’ve also participated in several exchange programs across Europe, including Belgium and Germany, with the German exchange giving me the chance to live with a host family for a week. These experiences helped me become more adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn from different cultures. Becoming an au pair is something I’m truly excited about.
