Personal introduction

Dear Host Family, My name is Ikram Essaidi, I’m 23 years old, and I come from Morocco. I am a university graduate with a background in biology, and I have several years of experience working with children. Since I was young, I’ve cared for my younger siblings, and I currently work in a learning support center, where I teach children and teenagers science and mathematics. I’m a patient, kind, and creative person who loves combining learning with fun. I enjoy handicrafts like crocheting, which I often do with kids to develop their creativity and focus. I also love going on nature walks to explore and explain things in a playful way, like how trees grow or how rain is formed. I believe learning becomes magical when curiosity and joy come together. Healthy cooking is another passion of mine. I love preparing meals with children, showing them how fun it can be to make their favorite dishes in a healthy way, and honestly, who wouldn’t love a homemade, healthy ice cream day? I would describe myself as open-minded, positive, and full of life. I love discovering new cultures and experiences, and I believe I could bring warmth, creativity, and positive energy to your family, just as you would bring beautiful memories and growth to my life.
