Personal introduction

Hello! My name is Grace and I am an 18 year old currently living in California, United States. I have been a nanny for a family with 7 for the last 3 years, so I love the high energy of a house full of kids. I've had years of experience in childcare and in teaching children from newborn up to 14 years of age. I love spending time being active and outdoors, especially surfing. It's really important to me that wherever I AuPair, I am able to surf. I've also been a dancer for most of my life! I am currently the captain of my high school dance team, and I teach dance classes at a faith-based studio. I also love art! Wether it's in the form of dance, music, watercoloring, sewing, or photography! I am really hoping for a family who welcomes me lovingly. I am always so ready to help and work super hard, but I would love a host family that wants to include me in family activities too. I'd like to build a relationship with every member of the family, rather than this exchange being exclusively transactional. I want to be an AuPair so I can use this time in my young life to explore the world. I want to go see other countries before my education and career tie me down. I also feel really passionately about caring for children! I adore spending time with them and helping them develop their strength and creativity.
