Personal introduction

I want to be an au pair because I am passionate about children and cultural exchange. This program is the perfect opportunity to combine my love for childcare with my desire to explore new cultures and step out of my comfort zone. I believe that working with a family from another country will allow me to grow as a person, develop new skills, and create lifelong memories. I also see this experience as a way to share a part of my own culture while learning about yours. Being from Portugal, I’d love to bring a little bit of my traditions, language, and warmth into your home while immersing myself in the culture of your country. I am excited to connect with your family, support you in your daily life, and form a bond with your children that will be meaningful and fun for all of us!
