Personal introduction

Hello Host Families, My name is Julyna, I’m 28 years old, and I’m from Cebu, Philippines. I have a strong background in customer service as a call center agent, where I’ve won multiple awards for my dedication and performance. This experience has shaped my patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. I have hands-on experience taking care of my two nieces, who are now 12 and 7 years old. I’ve been closely involved in their upbringing, which has given me a deep understanding of children's needs and how to create a safe, nurturing environment for them. I became independent early because my work was in the city, while my parents live in the province, which has taught me to be responsible and self-sufficient. I also supported my studies by helping my aunt clean houses, reinforcing my work ethic and determination. I’m motivated to become an au pair because I love caring for children and wish to experience a new culture while making a meaningful contribution to a family's life. Families describe me as kind, hardworking, and easygoing, with a positive attitude that I bring to all my tasks.
