Personal introduction

Hi there! I’m Sharina Superio, a 20-year-old from Manila, currently studying for my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I’m excited to start my journey as an au pair and would love to spend one year with a wonderful host family. After my au pair experience, I plan to continue my nursing education in Germany, which is why I’m eager to immerse myself in new cultures and languages. I absolutely love working with kids—they always bring so much joy to my life! I’ve had plenty of childcare experience babysitting my nephews and niece, where I helped with things like meal prep, schoolwork, and bedtime routines. I enjoy coming up with fun activities for children, whether it’s drawing, playing outdoor games, or even doing little cooking projects together! In addition to being fluent in both English and Tagalog, I’m very interested in learning Dutch and German, especially as I plan to pursue my studies in Germany. I’m passionate about expanding my language skills and cultural knowledge, and I believe being an au pair is a perfect way to do that. I’m also a big fan of cooking and would love to share Filipino dishes with your family while also learning how to cook your favorite meals. Aside from that, I’m creative and enjoy drawing, which is something I often like to do with the kids I look after. I’m really looking forward to being part of a warm and welcoming host family where we can exchange cultures, create lasting memories, and make daily life easier by helping with childcare and light household chores.
