Personal introduction
Please find attached my application for an au pair position.
After a rigorous education, I will be graduating in June 2025 at the age of 18. After graduating, I will be taking a gap year to work as an au pair, to get to know a family, share their life and socialise with them, while I improve my English.
I come from a loving and dynamic home in a small village in southern France. My mother is a teacher and my father works for a community association. My older sister is currently living in Peru where she is working with women in community organisations.
You will find I'm always in a good mood, very pleasant and dynamic. I'll be able to share my enthusiasm with your child(ren), playing with them both indoors and outdoors, while also being patient during educational games. Depending on the age of the child(ren), I can organise creative and sporting activities, as well as culinary workshops. I can also prepare French culinary specialities.
Whenever my schedule allows me, I do volunteer work in a nursery school in France and I also babysit regularly. I hold a driver's license and have first aid training.
I am very independent, responsible and able to adapt easily to different situations. I will be caring and attentive to your child(ren)'s needs, I will listen to them and satisfy their necessities, while respecting the educational values you wish to pass along to them.
I've already travelled to several countries, including to Canada and Portugal, both for over a month; I particularly enjoy meeting new people and discovering different cultures.
If you are interested in my application, I would really like to find out how I can best help you and what your exact expectations will be.
I look forward to meeting you.
Best regards,
