Personal introduction

Hello! Bonjour! Hej! Hola ! My name is Minerva, 28 years of age, single. I graduated with Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and has a lot of work experiences in my country. Originally from the Philippines but currently working as an English Teacher for both Infantile and Primary in Private School here in Cantabria, Spain under the Spanish Ministry of Education. My work will finish for this school year on May 31, 2024 and will resume on October 2024. I can start my Summer Aupair journey effectively on early June to end of September 2024. I can speak a little bit of Spanish as I had done my A1 course from Instituto Cervantes de Manila. I am an independent woman who has been traveled a lot in Schengen countries, engaging with different cultures and experienced living away from home and made both local and foreign friends. I am close with my family and my friends who viewed me as a family-oriented kind of person. I have younger sister and I am the eldest to both of my parent’s sides. As a big sister to my younger sibling, cousins, and aunt to my niece and nephews, children has been part of my life. I love to be around them and i know how to make good connections. Through these experiences I am passionate that I can provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children entrusted to me and will create some amazing memories too. Honestly, I just don’t want to be an aupair to them but will definitely give your children a sister’s love, care and support in their daily life. Aside from that, I also want to build a meaningful relationship with your family and immerse myself in your culture, learn your languages, and contribute positively to your family life. You will find me as patient, sweet, kind and lively person who is eager to learn something new and is flexible, honest, responsible, organized and trustworthy. I am not a picky eater and I’m in a good health condition. My teaching experience with kids ages from 3 to 5 years and first to 2nd grade are really incredible providing a variety of stimulating activities, learning activities. I also have the one-on-one tutoring for kids (3 years old) from different academy with an emphasis on reading, counting, grammar, doing some arts activities, and teaching them how to sing english children songs and telling them english stories. I really do enjoy supervising them to play, learn and interact socially with their peers. With my teaching profession, I am motivated and hardworking and this will aid me in carrying out my responsibilities as an aupair. I am confidently state that I have the skills set and knowledge necessary to do my duties, which makes it simply for me to adjust to your demands and lifestyle. Im looking forward to discussing more about this opportunity and feeling excited getting to know with the lovely family. In my free time, i usually go to gym, walking around the streets, going around beaches, natures, hiking, enjoying the atmosphere and the weather. i also do love reading books, poems and poetries. I am eager taking time to learn spanish language, watching spanish series and movies, sometimes listening to Spanish Musics, engaging festivals and adapting cultures here in Spain. I also do love singing, painting and sketching, and i really wanted to learn how to dance bachata and to learn how to cook spanish foods too. Sometimes in my days off i usually go and meet some of my friends.
