Personal introduction

Hi there! My name is Angie and I'm 24 years old. I'm from Bogota, Colombia and I'm looking for a family for my second year in US. I currently live in Saint Petersburg, Florida and I'm hoping I can stay here my second year. As an Au pair, I take care of two kids. A boy that is 6 years old and a girl that is 4 years old. I also have experience taking care of babies as one of my best friends sometimes asks for assistance with taking care of his baby who is 9 months old. I have 3.550+ hours experience with all ages (0-11) because I started taking care of kids in Colombia years ago. My current responsibilities are to feed them, bathed them, change their diaper and potty training, do their laundry. I'm extremely enthusiastic and supportive in every aspect of caring for kids. My agency is Expert Au pair. I want to continue the program to be an Au pair because I really enjoy the cultural exchange and I would love to continue my journey with your family! I love spending time with the kids and it's my opportunity to improve my English, to travel a lot and to meet an amazing family! I can act as a bigger sister to your children, a support system for your kids and we can all a great experience. I want truly live out the experience of living as a native in Florida and build a real connection with my Host Family, full of respect and friendship. I'm very adaptable to any environment, easy to live with, and flexible. I would like to be included in family activities, being a part of your family. I'm looking for a family where I can feel comfortable. I'm hoping to find a balance between both caregiving and having a personal life. I would like to find a family with the same values as me. I want you to teach me about your culture and I will show you my Colombian culture and we can have many adventures together. I want to have a good communication and understanding between my host family and I. My goal is to find a family in Florida and I can start in February, March or April 2024.
