Persönliche Einführung

Hello host families! I hope you're doing great. My name is Gabrielle and I am 18 years old. I'm currently in the US and looking for a new beggining in a new host family. I stayed 5 months in my previous one and today, I'm looking froward to hear from you! I am ready to continue my adventure in this country that I love so much. I already traveled around the US and looked after three previous boys who were 9, 12 and 15. As an 18 years old, I am full of energy and I want to have a new healthy relationship with new host kids, who I could take care of and have fun with too! I am a person who likes to spend time with my friends, I am a fan of adventures and I would say that I am an outgoing and extrovert person. I love children and taking care of them is something that I see as fun and entertaining. I would love for them to enjoy my presence and have fun. We could walk around, go to a museum, paint, do board games, wear costumes, watch a movie or even cook! To talk about my experience now, I worked in a leisure center twice during the October and February holidays of 2024 and 2025 (2 weeks per vacation). It was extremely fun and there were a lot of different personalities at the same time. Children were between 3 and 12 years old. I did a lot of creative activities with them like drawings, paintings and even watercolors. Of course, we also went outside to play soccer, hide and seek but we also created a pinata for Halloween. In addition, I did a lot of babysitting and it was always a good experience for me. I also worked in a host family of three boys, like I already wrote above, but I was located near Chicago. I consider myself creative because I like these kind of activities but also playing guitar, listening to music and taking pictures with my little digital camera. I also did a lot of babysitting that I absolutely loved very much. I made sure to do whatever their parents asked me and played with them. In addition, I have some tutoring experience so, if the kids need help with their homework, I can do it and help for sure! As you can see, I am a hard working person and I like to move. I can cook, I have my French driver's license (even international), I can clean and of course play and take care of children. I would also like to travel again a little more and discover new landscapes, make friends and have a great experience. In any case, of course, I will ask you your permission and make sure that we agree on the dates.
