Persönliche Einführung
I want to be an au pair because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and helping them grow and learn. As the firstborn in my family, I have naturally taken on a caregiving role for my younger siblings, which taught me patience, responsibility, and the joy of nurturing others. Becoming an au pair gives me the opportunity to do something I love—caring for kids—while also experiencing a new culture, language, and way of life.
I see the au pair program as a chance for personal growth and cultural exchange. Living with a host family will allow me to build meaningful relationships, learn about different traditions, and improve my language skills, especially in German or Dutch, depending on where I am placed. I also hope to share my own culture with the family and their children in a fun and respectful way.
Ultimately, I believe being an au pair is more than just a job—it’s a chance to become part of a new family, to make a difference in children’s lives, and to develop valuable life skills for my future.
