Hi, My name is Joann Taganahan and I am 22 years old. I am from Bohol in the Philippines. I come from a large family and we are six children all together. I am currently completing an undergraduate degree in Office System Management in Manila and will receive my degree in March 2018. I am a scholar student which means … The course is taught in English. I am a hardworking and friendly person. My friends say that I am sociable and easygoing. I really love children and I have experience with looking after children. In my first year of college I worked part time as a nanny and a private tutor with a family with one boy (aged X) in subject and subject. I lived with the family and helped the family in the morning, including feeding the child, dressing him and walking him to school. I have also looked after my many nieces and nephews. I also enjoy cooking, but my repertoire is currently food from the Philippines. I am very willing to learn how to make Scandinavian cuisine. The reason why I want to become an aupair is to travel to Europe and experience the four seasons, especially winter and snow. In the Philippines the climate is mostly summer and only the humidity changes with the seasons. My sister, Juvy, has been an aupair in Denmark for two years and is currently an aupair with a family in Oslo, Norway, until 2019. She has said so many great things about being an aupair, and I would love to work as one as well. I also wish to help and support my family financially.
