We are a family of three with a dog and some fish! We are looking for someone to start immediately as our current au pair must go home because her dad is sick. We are looking for a calm, respectful, energetic girl who wants to share in our life! We have a restaurant and are working every Friday and Saturday night. We live in a small town between Chichester and Portsmouth, with good train and bus services within 5 minutes walking. The coast is also 15 minutes walk away. We do not need someone who drives as we take our daughter to school everyday. Our daughter is in school Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1630. You must have a good imagination and be willing to play games and entertain our daughter. Our daughter is a bright, fun and happy child, who is easy to look after and has a great sense of humour. She has bonded so well with our au pairs over the years. Our au pair must be bright and able to help our daughter with her homework, so with a good level of English. We are looking for someone willing to help our daughter continue with her Spanish. I cannot send personal messages at the moment.
Our au pair must be willing to babysit nearly every Friday and Saturday night while we work in our restaurant. We would require you to get our daughter up in the morning and ready for school. In the afternoons we would expect you to help with homework, bedtime routine and the evening meal. We would like our au pair to be a keen cook and be happy helping in the kitchen. You must be able to cook nutritious food from scratch. You will seldom have sole responsibility for our daughter except for the nights we work and other occasions from time to time. There is a language school in Portsmouth nearby. You must also be willing to do some housework and help keep the house clean. Ironing is also an important part of the chores required. There are places to meet locally with other au pairs such as coffee shops etc. There are quite a few au pairs in the area which we can put you in contact with. If you are looking for somewhere to go out every evening and party then this is not the place for you! This position would suit a girl who is not a party girl looking for a great night life, this is not London!
