My name is Peter, I own a business and travel often.. so I do not have a lot of free time to spend with my elderly mother. I am seeking a Au Pair to spend time with my elderly mother. She is very healthy, kind, and for the most part independent. However with my busy schedule she is left alone many a lot of the day, which is not good for her. I am seeking an Au pair to do basic tasks part time, and mainly just to be a caring friend to my mother,
Au Pair's job would mainly be to help cater to my mothers very basic needs. An average days responsibilities may include the following. *Assisting my mother on a short 10-15 minute walk so she may get exercise *Taking my mom to the local library or grocery store *Preparing 1-2 simple but healthy meals for her. *Daily attempts to initiate kind conversation with her so she may feel you are her friend. My mother is very kind and has a very gentle and sweet heart. She is independent but all this time alone is not good for her. I imagine this job would be perfect for any Au Pair seeking flexibility, as well as light work with less responsibility, and also not having to take care of any children.
