My partner and I are a same sex couple with our first child (now 2 years old). We both work full time, one of us in the private sector and the other for the NHS. We have a busy life with lots of activities revolving around friends and family. We are looking for a friendly, easy going, engaging person (preferably with experience with children) to help us with direct provision of childcare as well as arranging pick up and drop off to a local nursery. First aid training is also desirable. We would prefer a 6 month commitment minimum. Non-smokers only. We are a friendly couple and would love to welcome the right au pair into our home. Our house is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Tube station on the Central line, which provides great access to central London. You would stay in the top floor bedroom which includes an en suite bathroom.
We are looking for someone to provide direct childcare two days per week as well as pick up and drop off to a local nursery (within walking distance) 3 days per week with childcare provided until one of us gets home from work. Some evening babysitting availability is also desirable. Contributing to cleaning and cooking is also be preferred.
