Hi we are a family of 4 looking for a friendly au pair to live in with us. I am a busy working mum and my main months of October to March working away sometimes which means full time assistance is needed. My boys are lovely and quite independent, but clearly still need help and supervision. We have a lovely family dog and sometimes have family stay with us from the UK. We are clean and tidy and good fun, and would welcome anyone that is honest, fun, reliable and clean and most important committed to at least a year living with us.
Your job would entail organising the boys in the morning, dropping and collecting of the children from school, Housekeeping, washing general, shopping throughout the day and cooking in eve. Encouraging the boys with some sports, hobbies and help with homework as and when required. We have a dog which I would need walked twice a day, although we do like to encourage the boys to do this as their chore. There will be nights when we have to stay away so some evenings you would be responsible for the children, i.e. ensuring they get to bed at a reasonable time, brushing of teeth etc, as we all know boys need some pushing in the hygiene area! Generally the boys are quite independent but they need to be pushed into general things like homework, sports, walking the dog. They are good lads and would give you endless hours of fun. This job really needs someone who is committed, fair and most importantly gets on well with my boys.
