Hi there, My name is Brittany, I'm a happy, caring, and outgoing young professional mother of one 4 year old boy named Floyd. Floyd is a mostly well behaved child, he listens, and like most kids his age is inquisitive and eager to learn from anyone willing to spend time with him. He is adored by his teacher and friends at school and has a tendency to melt hearts :) We love to be healthy, eating a nourishing diet, and spend lots of time at the beach, parks and on spontaneous adventures outdoors. We would love to host an Au pair who is like minded and holds personal attributes such as being: optimistic, encouraging, honest, respectful, and flexible.
I'm hoping to find an Au pair to help care for my beautiful 4 year old son, assist with some light house work/run minor errands and school pick up/drop offs. My current situation is: I'm a Registered Nurse, I work 5 minutes away from our home at the local hospital. My work shifts include a range of early mornings, evenings and night duty making it difficult as a single mother to juggle parenting with work. My son attends kindergarten 4 days per week from 8:30am-3:10pm. Floyd is only in my care for 1 week per fortnight as his Dad looks after him every second week. Therefore, our au pair wouldn't have child care responsibilities every second week and would be able to work or explore in this period.
