We are a busy, friendly family living in Sutton. We have two children, a boy, Benjamin, aged 7 and a girl, Isabella aged 3. We are seeking a live in mothers help/au pair to help busy working mother and father with general household chores and looking after the children. Seeking: Looking for someone reliable, happy, caring, enthusiastic, easy going and most importantly loves children. Patience is essential. Our daughter has a speech delay but tries her best to express her needs. It is crucial that you: • speak GOOD English • preferably have PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE looking after children, and of being an au pair.
Duties to include: drop off/collection from School and Nursery, preparing simple meals for the children, helping with homework, bathing, helping with bedtime, playing games with the kids. Keeping the kitchen tidy, washing dishes, including loading & unloading dishwasher and hoovering the floor. What the Au Pair would get: Own bedroom with internet access. Within walking distance of shops, a cinema , cafe, restaurants, parks, and good transport links. Plenty of time to study during the day. Free board including food Loading and unloading laundry into washing machine Putting kids' clothes away tidying, changing bedsheets, cleaning bathrooms. Working schedule: approximately 1- 2 hours in the morning You will be required to help with getting the children up, fed, taken to school/Nursery and 3 hours after school, plus two night’s babysitting, one at the weekend, this would be worked out in advance so that it is fair and reasonable with plenty of notice. Slightly longer hours would be needed during the day in school holidays.
