We are a 4 member family with 2 nice and loving children age 3 and 5 months living in Aravaca a residential and calm area 10 minutes in bus from Madrid city center. We are looking for a happy person willing to take care of the kids when they come from nursery school. We like sports, countryside / horses, shopping and TV series. Although we have a maid who comes once a week we all collaborate in house chores as we want our children to be raised like this; we want them to learn to do things by themselves. We would like some one who could commit to stay from January at least to July. We love cooking Spanish food and baking. We both work in consulting firms and when we are home we like to spend as much time as possible with our kids playing with them, We are looking for someone who really like kids and is willing to play with them at the same time as they learn english.
Taking care of the kids from 5 to 9pm (aproximately). Picking up them from nursery school (10 minutes walking distance from home), playing with them (the older one loves painting and baking cakes), bath, dinner... Some baby sitting nights during the week. During the mornings the au pair could attend to lessons or other activities. We live in a house with a little garden and we love to spend time in the garden during spring and summer and to invite friends home during the week-end. The 2 kids are very very nice, they eat well and sleep very very well (up to 12 h per ningh both of them). The understand english and the older one speaks also a bit of chinesse.
