My grandchildren are at school most of the day, but when they are at home we'd like you to provide them with TLC, fun and intellectual stimulation. Due to chronic fatigue syndrome, I [the granny] also need TLC, minimal frail-care and quite a bit of help with my arts & crafts business. Other duties include grocery shopping, preparation of meals and snacks, keeping the workspace organized and neat, general errands, some handcrafting, postage of completed orders.
