We are a warm, open-minded family of three living in Düsseldorf, Germany. Our son Leo was born in June 2025 and is a very happy, active and social little boy. He loves being around people, especially other children, and is curious about everything around him. We are looking for a kind, reliable and responsible au pair who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. It is important to us that you are patient, caring, trustworthy and communicative. We would like our au pair to become part of our family while also having enough independence, privacy and free time to enjoy life in Germany. We speak German, Russian and English and are used to an international and multicultural environment. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will treat Leo with warmth, attention and affection and with whom we can build a trusting relationship.
The main responsibility will be helping us care for our young son Leo during agreed hours. This includes playing with him, spending time outdoors, reading, accompanying him in his daily routine and supporting his development in a caring and age-appropriate way. We may also ask for some light or child-related household tasks, such as preparing simple meals for Leo, tidying up his toys and keeping his immediate areas organised. We are looking for someone who is proactive and enjoys interacting with a young child, but we also want the responsibilities and working hours to be clearly agreed and fair.
