We encourage you to engage him in playful activities, simple conversations, and creative learning—anything that makes the process enjoyable for him. Childcare & Engagement Supervise and play with our 4-year-old son in a safe and fun environment. Engage him in English through daily conversations, storytelling, songs, and games. Encourage his curiosity and creativity through age-appropriate activities (e.g., drawing, puzzles, outdoor play). Language Exposure Speak English with him consistently during interactions to help him learn naturally. Introduce simple vocabulary, phrases, and expressions in a playful way. Daily Routine Assistance Help with light childcare-related tasks, such as preparing snacks, tidying up toys, and getting him ready for outings. Occasionally accompany him to nearby parks, playgrounds, or kid-friendly activities (we will handle transportation). Cultural Exchange Share aspects of your culture, traditions, or hobbies with our family (e.g., reading English books, teaching simple songs/games from your country). We’re also happy to introduce you to Chinese culture and local life in Shanghai! Schedule & Flexibility Expected working hours: ~30 hours per week (flexible schedule, mainly during daytime/weekdays). Two full days off per week (negotiable based on our family’s needs). No heavy housework or cooking required—focus is on childcare and language interaction. Our Support for You: Private bedroom and meals provided. Welcome to join family outings and explore Shanghai together. Open communication—we’ll discuss any adjustments to ensure a great experience for everyone!
