The Ideal Person (MUST HAVE) Fluent English speaker (required) Basic spanish Ideally High energy with genuine love for children Spiritually minded and values-aligned Proven, reliable experience with both infants (7 months) and toddlers (2 years). Valid driver's license Excited about wellness, nature, and community The Role & Schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. (Occasional flexibility on weekends is appreciated). Commitment Length: (e.g., 12-24 months preferred). Your Role: Full childcare for both girls, focusing on developmentally appropriate activities, play, and following their routines. Meal preparation for the children. Light cleaning related to the children (e.g., tidying their play areas, laundry, washing bottles). Running essential family errands (using the provided car).
