We are a family of four living in beautiful Biarritz, just a two-minute walk from the ocean. After having lived in Paris and abroad, we chose Biarritz for its exceptional quality of life, its natural beauty, and its lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The city offers stunning beaches, great cafés and restaurants, a vibrant cultural scene, and easy access to both the mountains and Spain. Our children are Maxime (8 years old) and Amaiur (8 months). We are an active family who loves sports, music, and cooking. On weekends, we often go to the mountains, explore the region, or enjoy family walks along the coast.
We are looking for an English-speaking au pair, as Maxime is bilingual and we would like to maintain and develop his English. You would help us in the mornings and evenings: preparing the children, taking them to school and daycare, picking them up in the late afternoon, and helping with dinner. We want to be very present in our children’s lives, so there will be moments when we prefer to take care of the kids ourselves. On those occasions, we will ask you not to work so you can enjoy your free time. We believe in creating a balanced and respectful relationship where you feel both supported and independent. To ensure your comfort, we would provide a private room for you in an apartment right next to our home, giving you your own space and independence while still being part of our family life.
