We are a happy, busy and outgoing family of five. We have a busy life with a lot of different activities during weekday afternoons, evenings and weekend. Both adults are working in Senior Executive roles, and the children go to school. Our two oldest girls are independent and manage their lives independently with our support. Our youngest son need support to get to school and afternoon activities. Our house is close to the center of Oslo, in a residential area. We have a large house and a large garden that we use a lot during summer. There are many aupairs in the neighbourhood staying with our neighbour families. We often go to the montain to our lodge during weekends. Our aupairs are invited to all our family events, but not expected to join. It is up to the individual.
Breakfast, lunchboxes, take our son to school (short walk), afternoon activities (close). Keeping the house clean and tidy Laundry including ironing etc Dinner during weekdays We would appreicate that you are flexible, openminded and proactive. In proative we mean that you take initiative and understand what is expected because you understand what is needed without having someone telling you all details. We believe that creates a strong and trust worthly relationship in the family. Normal workload is aligned with aupair estimated hours. However, we sometimes will need flexibility on what needs to be done and we will return that flexibility of course.
