We are a lively and friendly British family living in beautiful countryside just ten minutes from the beach resort of Sitges and just one hour to central Barcelona. My children are all very spirited, have huge hearts and are great fun, though they do need calming down and disciplining from time to time. We have a beautiful mountain view and a swimming pool for the hot summers. We also have a seperate nanny flat to offer making sure the aupair gets privacy and well deserved peace away from the family. An aupair who has a car would be ideal but aupairs without cars will also be considered. No smoker essential.
We are looking for a warm hearted, friendly au pair who is not afraid to get stuck in to the midst of family life. As all of my children are at school five days per week we are looking for somebody who is happy to do some house keeping, cleaning, cooking dinner for the children and some babysitting as part of their hours, but you will get free time in the day. The aupair should be flexible, as holiday weeks will be quite different to term times. So the aupair we are looking for should be experienced with household duties eg laundry, tidying and cooking. We are also looking for a Spanish speaker to help mum and the kids improve their Spanish - Dad speaks good Spanish. In return we are happy to help teach English to our aupair also. Most importantly we are looking for somebody who enjoys being around young children and who has a kind nature and who likes to have fun with kids, a light hearted character. In return, we are a kind and fun family who will help to make you feel at home with us.
