Dear Au Pair, We are a caring but busy family seeking someone, like a responsible elder sibling, who would like to join our family for a minimum of 12 months - at least till the end of the school year in August, starting September 2018. Our current Au Pair leaves at the end of August. PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A CLEANER OR COOK, I AM LOOKING FOR A COMPANION OLDER SIBLING FOR MY CHILDREN.
Dependable, cheerful and patient person. Non smoker. Ideally, able to share love of science, music, language, culture and sport. Minimum commitment 12 month stay, to be around till end of academic year. Must be ready, willing and like playing with children. We will require you to supervise the boys getting ready for school in the morning and drive them to school, and in the afternoons pick them up from school and bring them home or take them to any after school activities. You will have free time during the week, after the school drop off in the morning, to go to language school or anything else you may wish to do and we will give you all the help we can. We would also expect you to do the children’s laundry and ironing, and to keep their bedroom, playroom, bathroom, neat, clean and tidy. We would expect you to be able to cook meals for the boys - (no heavy cooking is required, as I will make any sauces or casseroles or heavy meals) and for yourself. You should have a minimum of 2 years driving experience, and we will at our expense, require you have one or two driving lessons with a UK driving instructor, to ensure you are comfortable driving in the UK, if you have driven in the UK previously then you may not need to do this Not expected to do anything at weekends except by prior agreement/arrangement. In return, you can expect to join a happy family who love to spend time together, you are welcome to come to our weekend activities if you so wish. You will have your own bedroom with TV, WIFI, and your own bathroom more or less to yourself.
