We’re a fun loving but hard working family. Mum and dad work full time, we are twins and will be 14 at the end of August. We’re in senior school and really enjoying school life and our friends . Studying is good too. During the school holidays we like to travel as a family, we all enjoy exploring new places and new cultures. We’re keen skiers, and go skiing once a year. We were born in Australia and lived there for the first year of our lives. We both love music, it was our first au pair who introduced us to music when we were 4! We are lucky to still have our grandparents alive, who we see regularly, one set live in London and the other in the countryside so we experience different things when we see them. We also like ice skating. We have a huge trampoline in our garden which we spend a lot of our free time on, when we’re not on the phone!
We're all very clean and tidy - mummy specially likes her kitchen to be kept very clean, she had OCD! Mummy does have a cleaner who comes in 4 days a week, but you will need to make sure you clean up after dinner and that you keep all the areas of the house you use, I.e. your bedroom, your bathroom and the kitchen very clean. You will be asked to cook 5 evening meals, you need to unload the dishwasher every morning, do some light ironing and put the recycling out. Unless you have to take us to school, you are free to do as you wish during the day until you have to collect us from school. During the holidays when we're around your day will look a little different because you will be responsible for us. We're good girls and generally independent, we will help out as much as we can with dinner and clearing up. ;-) When we’re on holiday you can spend your time exploring the UK. Mummy is Armenian and speaks fluent French, daddy is English. We have had 4 au pairs over the last 9 years. The first one was Bulgarian from South Africa and stayed with us 2 and half years, the second one was Romanian and stayed with us 3 and half years, our 3rd Au pair was Bulgarian but grew up in Italy and she was with us 2 years and our current lovely au pair is French and will be staying with us 1 year. We’re looking for a fun loving person who is looking for an adventure in the UK, who loves food as much as we do and is happy to cook. Is tidy and clean and can drive. We promise to be kind to you (we’re a very warm family) and look after you whilst you’re with us and give you a fun experience of the UK and the British culture.
