We are a family of 4, with a 7 year old Timothy and 15 months old Leon. Mum is a ptofessional photographer, dad - business owner, both parents occasionally travel for work (not at the same time). We are laid back with sense of humor, easy going, sporty and healthy type of people. We like clean home, some time together, travelling and we enjoy good food (either home made or dinner out). We are looking for an aupair / part of a family to live with us, as our families live away from here, and some inhouse help will be appreciated. We are not looking for someone who will treat us only as a 'job', but an addition to a family, someone we can like, love and have fun with with. But also someone we can trust with boys, and we can rely on with simple day to day things, as we would be able to rely on a friend. We live just by the Quay in Poole ( literally 2 minutes walk to the sea), and we have 10 min drive to the beautiful sandy beaches, it is a great place to live for anyone who like jogging, biking, swimming, walking etc. We like to get away for a weekend for a short trips here and there, we would be happy to take you with us whenever you will feel like joining us. We do not do screen time and technology with kids, we put a lot of effort in reading a lot, singing, dancing, having fun together. We believe in Montessouri methods and Waldorf for older kids. Someone with experience in potty training, toddlers - a bonus. We won't hire without previous experience with babies and references.
- taking care of Leon: Monday-Thursday 8.30 - 16.30, Friday shorter hours, and occassional two evenings per week babysitting when baby is sleeping (3-4 hours per evening), in total 40h - cooking home meals 3 - 4 times a week (mum is working away few days a week) - hoovering twice a week - taking care of baby's laundry (1x a week) - taking baby to a group play (2x a week) - going for walks, reading (important for parents), feeding - occassional pick up of Tymek from school (at 15.15, 25min walk from home) - occasional homework help with older one, making sure he practises piano etc - watching over boys when they play - help with cooking and cleaning - as any member of the family (everyone contributes)
